Four disciplines. One operating engine.
We don't sell point solutions. We design integrated systems — marketing, sales, AI, and product — and deploy them end to end. Each discipline is sold on its own, but most clients end up combining two or more, because that's where the multiplier lives.
Marketing & Sales Automation
The full funnel — ads, capture, qualify, nurture, close, retain — built on a unified platform so nothing falls through the cracks. This is where most of our engagements start and the foundation everything else builds on.
What we actually build
A complete operating system for moving prospects from "didn't know you existed" to "longtime paying customer." That means lead capture forms, qualification workflows, multi-channel nurture sequences (email + SMS + voice), pipeline management with stage-aware automation, customer onboarding flows, retention and re-engagement campaigns, and reporting that shows you exactly where deals are stalling.
The unified-platform thesis
Most agencies build this stack out of five or six tools that don't talk to each other — HubSpot here, Mailchimp there, Calendly somewhere else, a separate SMS provider, a different reporting tool. The result is a stack you spend $3,000+/mo to operate, and the connective work falls to you. We build the entire stack on a single platform (RiseHub, or your platform of choice) so the data flows automatically and the operating cost drops dramatically.
Agentic, multi-modal AI threaded through every stage: lead qualification agents that read inbound messages and route them, AI-generated personalized follow-ups, conversational lead capture that adapts to each prospect, and AI-powered call summarization for the sales team. Not bolt-on chatbots — real workflow integration.
AI-Enabled Platforms
Agentic agents, multi-modal workflows, AI-enabled CRM logic, and content engines that use the language models the way they were meant to be used. Real capability, not theater.
The "real AI" distinction
Most "AI-enabled" marketing services are a chatbot bolted onto a contact form. That's not what we build. We deploy agentic AI agents that take multi-step actions on the operator's behalf — reading inbound messages, classifying intent, drafting personalized responses, scheduling follow-ups, updating CRM records, and escalating to humans when judgment matters. The agents work inside the operating system, not alongside it.
Where AI moves your numbers
The places AI has the highest ROI right now in marketing and sales: lead qualification (faster, more accurate, never sleeps), content personalization at scale (1:1 outreach without the cost), conversational lead routing (warm intros instead of cold form submissions), call transcription and intelligence (every conversation captured and searchable), and proposal/contract drafting (hours of work compressed to minutes).
We'll never deploy AI for the sake of "we have AI now." Every agent we ship has a measurable job and a measurable result. If the math doesn't work, we don't ship it. If it does, you'll know exactly which numbers it moved.
Voice AI, agentic workflows, content automation
We've built inbound voice AI systems for client sales operations, agentic workflows for client services teams, custom-trained content engines for marketing departments, and AI-augmented CRM logic that adapts pipeline behavior based on prospect signals. We'll match the AI to the actual problem — not the other way around.
B2B Lead Generation
Cold outreach, content marketing, paid acquisition, and appointment setting — the systems that fill the top of the funnel for operators who need pipeline, not impressions.
The systems we deploy
Cold email infrastructure at scale (multi-inbox, properly warmed, monitored for deliverability), LinkedIn-based outreach with personalized openers, content marketing programs designed around your category's actual search demand, and paid acquisition across the major networks. Each system is built on the same operating platform so the lead never falls through the cracks between top-of-funnel and sales.
Performance-based options
For qualified engagements, we offer performance-based pricing on certain lead generation programs — you pay for results, not for impressions or clicks. Not every engagement qualifies (the math has to work for both sides), but when it does, it dramatically de-risks the engagement for the client.
AI-personalized outreach at scale. Generic mail-merge cold email is dead. Our outreach engines use AI to research each prospect, draft personalized openers, and adapt the message based on industry signals — without you (or us) writing every message by hand. We've sent over 1.9 billion contacts through our infrastructure and we know exactly what lands.
Productized SaaS Builds
When "build us a tool" turns into "build us a SaaS." We've done the full top-to-bottom — brand, product, content, funnel, billing, onboarding, ongoing operations. See EZ Rate Sheet for what that looks like in production.
What this engagement looks like
You have a vertical, you have an audience, you have an operator pain point that off-the-shelf software doesn't quite address. We build the SaaS that does — from the brand identity through the marketing site through the product itself through the sales funnel through the billing infrastructure through the customer onboarding through the ongoing operations. Single team, single timeline, single outcome.
The EZ Rate Sheet template
EZ Rate Sheet is our flagship example: a niche SaaS for private real estate lenders, built end to end by Lead Engine Labs, launched in 6 months from concept to active paying customers, currently sold in three tiered packages with a content engine pulling in private lenders nationwide. Read the full case study for the play-by-play.
Productized SaaS builds in 2026 should be AI-enabled by default. Every SaaS we ship has agentic capabilities, content automation, and intelligent UX baked in from the architecture phase — not added later as a "v2 feature." If a SaaS doesn't have AI as a foundational capability today, it's probably already obsolete.
Who this is for
Operators in any vertical where there's an underserved niche, a clear operator pain, and the willingness to commit to a real engagement (this is not a 30-day project). Lending, real estate, specialty services, operator-focused SaaS, financial services adjacent — if you can articulate the niche and the pain, we can probably build it.
